We hire year-round across all three companies. If your trade is on this list, send your resume even when nothing is posted — crews change with the season and the backlog.

Granite State Traffic Control

  • Traffic control flagger (ATSSA certification provided)
  • Work-zone crew lead

Granite State Utilities

  • Aerial cable technician / bucket operator
  • OSP fiber splicer
  • Groundman / utility laborer
  • Underground crew member

MBG Paving & Site Work

  • Heavy equipment operator
  • CDL driver (tri-axle / lowbed)

  • Seasonal plow driver

What you will need

  • Valid driver's licence
  • DOT medical card
  • Willingness to work outdoors across NH, ME and VT
  • Reliable transportation to the Farmington yard or the job site

No flagging experience? That is fine. Granite State Traffic Control trains and certifies flaggers through the American Traffic Safety Services Association, and we cover the cost.
