MBG EnterprisesA Family of Companies

About us

A small family business that outgrew one trade.

MBG Enterprises started in 2015 in Farmington, New Hampshire. It is now three companies working out of one yard.

Our story

Family-owned and operated since 2015.

MBG Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business serving Farmington, New Hampshire and the surrounding region. We started in aerial and underground telecom work — cable, conduit and fiber — and grew into paving, excavation, sitework and snow and ice management as customers kept asking us to handle the next piece.

Rather than sub that work out, we built the capability in-house and stood up dedicated companies for it. Granite State Utilities carries the aerial cable and outside-plant fiber work. Granite State Traffic Control staffs and certifies the flaggers who protect those crews — and everyone else's. MBG Paving & Site Work handles the earth and the asphalt.

With experienced heavy-equipment operators and professional-grade asphalt machinery, we are set up for projects of any size. No job is too big or too small.

Our mission

To deliver work rooted in quality, authenticity and integrity — and to give our clients peace of mind that from start to finish, we take care of it all.

What we hold to

Three words, and what they cost us.

Values are easy to print. These are the ones we actually make decisions against.

01Quality
The work has to hold up after we leave. Base gets compacted, drainage gets built, splices get tested — whether or not anyone is watching.
02Authenticity
We tell you what we can do and when we can do it. If a date is tight or a scope is outside our lane, you hear that before you sign, not after.
03Integrity
One price, one scope, one crew that shows up. Change orders happen on real changes, not on things we should have caught in the walk-through.

The fleet

We own the equipment we show up with.

Bucket trucks and material handlers for aerial work. Excavators, loaders and compact machines for earthwork. Tri-axles and lowbeds for haul and mobilization. Pavers and rollers for surface. Plow trucks and sanders for winter. All of it ours, maintained in our own shop.

It is why we can commit to a date and keep it — and why 15 crews go out on days' notice and 30 with one week.
